From payment to the VIP channels, nothing here needs anyone to be awake but you.
Checkout opens on Ko-fi. Pay through PayPal, and type your Discord username in the message box on the order. That is the only thing you need to get right.
The VIP role is added to that Discord username on its own, normally within a minute. Join the SLEM Discord if you are not in it yet, and the VIP channels are open.
Your VIP access code and the VIP content are waiting there, with a guide that walks through every step, VIP chat, and VIP support if anything is unclear.
Your purchase waits for you. Buying and opening the VIP channels are deliberately separate. If you buy while nobody is online, your role and your code are still there when you come back — an hour later or a week later.

Prices are in US dollars and include any tax that applies to you; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

SLEM is independent and not affiliated with any other company. No results of any kind are promised. What you do with VIP content is your decision and your responsibility.
VIP access is personal. Sharing, reselling or publishing VIP content or your VIP access code ends it without a refund — see Acceptable use.
Because VIP access is delivered immediately, you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout. You tick that yourself, and it is repeated in your receipt — see Refunds & withdrawal.
FAQ
No. VIP is a single payment of $32. VIP Plus will be monthly when it opens, and you will choose that separately.
Most people are in the VIP channels within a couple of minutes: pay, type your Discord username in the Ko-fi message box, join the Discord. If the VIP role has not landed after a few minutes, press REDEEM in the get-VIP channel and type the email you paid with. Your payment is stored and waits — it does not expire.
Press REDEEM in the Discord with the email you paid with. If it still does not find you, open a ticket in the Discord or write to support@slemvip.com with the email you paid with. Payments are stored on our side, so nothing is lost.
The VIP role, the VIP channels and your VIP access code are all in the Discord, and the username is how the role finds you. It is stored with your order and nothing else.
A personal code that opens your VIP content, issued once per purchase and posted for you in the VIP channels. It is yours alone — sharing it ends your VIP access.
No. One purchase is one VIP access for one person. Your friend is welcome to buy their own, and VIP chat is a better place to meet than a shared code.
No. The payment is taken on Ko-fi's own page; we never receive your card or PayPal details. What we keep is your Discord username, the email you paid with and the purchase reference Ko-fi gives us. See the Privacy notice.
If your VIP access code has not been issued yet, yes — write to us and you get the money back. Once the code has been issued, the withdrawal right is gone because you asked for immediate delivery at checkout. We still refund when something is genuinely broken on our side. That VIP access still counts and you redeem it the same way, in the Discord. New purchases go through this site.
