Terms of sale

These terms apply to everything bought on this site. They are written to be read, not to hide anything. If something here is unclear, ask before you pay.

1. Who you are buying from

You are buying from SLEM, the operator of this site. We run the SLEM Discord, make the VIP content, sell VIP access and deliver it in the Discord.

The payment itself is taken by PayPal on its secure form (PayPal balance, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card). PayPal's terms apply to your use of its form; these terms apply to the purchase.

Hosting is provided by Cloudflare. Delivery happens in our Discord server.

2. What is being sold

SLEM VIP access: the VIP role in the SLEM Discord server, entry to the VIP channels, the exclusive VIP content posted there while your access lasts, VIP chat and VIP support, and one VIP access code per purchase. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

The VIP content is our own work. It contains no material belonging to anyone else.

3. Who may buy

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. You buy as a consumer for your own private use unless you tell us otherwise in writing before paying. You need a Discord account, because that is where delivery happens.

4. Your licence

• You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to VIP access and to the VIP content, including your VIP access code.
• One VIP access code per purchase. It is issued to you and to nobody else.
• You may not share, resell, rent, publish, upload or otherwise make VIP content or your VIP access code available to anyone else, and you may not work around the code.
• We keep all rights in the VIP content. Nothing here transfers ownership of it to you.
• If VIP access is used in breach of these terms or of the Acceptable use policy, we may cancel the code and end your VIP access. No refund is due in that case.

5. Price and payment

The price is shown in US dollars on the product page and is the total you pay. The checkout page shows it again before you confirm. Your bank or card statement will normally show PAYPAL *SLEM VIP.

We never receive your card number or PayPal login. PayPal handles the payment and tells us only that it succeeded, for how much, the name and email on the payment and the Discord username you typed. PayPal sends you a receipt by email.

6. Delivery

Delivery is digital and starts as soon as the payment succeeds. Join our Discord server; the VIP role is added to the Discord username you typed in the message box at checkout, normally within a minute. Your VIP access code and the VIP content are then in the VIP channels.

Your purchase is stored on our side, so it does not matter if you come back straight away or days later. If the role has not landed, press REDEEM in the Discord and type the email you paid with, or write to us.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately that right ends once delivery has begun, which you acknowledge on this site before you go to checkout. 8. Updates and availability

VIP content is added to the VIP channels over time. We may change, pause or stop the product, the Discord server or this site at any time. We do not promise any level of availability, any release date for anything described as "coming soon", or any particular content in a future drop.

9. What we do not claim

• No results of any kind are promised.
• What you do with VIP content is your decision and your responsibility alone.
• SLEM is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any other company. Any third-party name that appears belongs to its owner.

10. Liability

VIP access and the VIP content are supplied as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost time, or any action taken against an account by a third party.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer, including the statutory rights regarding defective digital content. Those rights apply in addition to anything written here.

11. Acceptable use and the Discord

Using VIP access and the Discord server is subject to the Acceptable use policy. Serious or repeated breaches can end your access to the server and your VIP access.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for new content or for legal reasons. The version published here on the day you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.

13. Law and disputes

The law of the country where the site operator is based applies, without removing the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in. If you want to raise a complaint, email us first — most things are solved in a day. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board and do not do so.
