Privacy notice

This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. What it keeps in your browser is only what you set here yourself and what the pages need to carry on: your display choices (background animation, sound) and, until you close the tab, that you ticked the two boxes before checkout, the username you typed for the checkout, that the intro has played, where the music was and, if you use the chat assistant, your conversation with it. We keep what an order needs, and nothing beyond it.

Payments

A licensed payment service provider takes the payment on its own secure form and is responsible in its own right for the payment data it collects. Its name and its privacy statement are shown on the payment form before you pay.

What we store, and why

• The email address on your payment — to find your payment when you redeem, to send the order confirmation, and to reach you if something goes wrong. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Your Discord username, and the Discord ID once the VIP role is added — to give you the VIP role and your VIP access code, and to match a payment to a person when support is needed. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
• Payment record from the payment provider — the payment reference, amount, currency, status and time, the name on the payment, the provider's customer number for you and the kind of payment method used. We never receive your card number. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligation to keep accounting records.
• VIP access records — which VIP access code was issued to you, and when. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in preventing one VIP access being used by many people.
• Server logs — IP address, time and request, kept for a short time by our hosting provider to keep the site up and to block abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.

We do not sell data, we do not profile you, and we do not use your data to advertise anything to you.

Who else sees it

• Our payment service provider — takes the payment and sends the receipt. It receives your name, email and payment details directly and is responsible in its own right for that, under its own policies, which it shows you on the payment form.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site, receives the payment notices and holds the purchase record for up to 90 days so that our bot can collect it. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Hetzner — hosts the Discord bot that keeps the purchase and VIP access records, in Germany. See hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy.
• Discord — where delivery happens. Anything you send in the server is handled by Discord under its own policy. See discord.com/privacy.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay — the checkout page loads their buttons from their makers when it opens, so both see your IP address there even if you pay another way.
• Our mailbox provider — receives what you write to support@slemvip.com.
• A provider of AI language services — only if you use the chat assistant: it receives what you type there, to produce the answer. See The chat assistant.

Some of these providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Accounting records, including the payment record: as long as tax law requires, which is seven to ten years depending on the country.
• The VIP access record and the linked email and Discord ID: while VIP access exists and for 12 months afterwards, so that support and disputes can still be answered.
• A checkout that was started, paid or not: the Discord username typed there, 30 days.
• Support messages: 24 months.
• Server logs: as long as the hosting provider's default retention, normally days.

Cookies and storage

No cookies are set by this site. No analytics run on it. On the checkout page, the payment provider's form sets what it needs for the payment and for fraud prevention, under its own policy.

The chat assistant

The chat assistant on this site is optional: nothing reaches it unless you open it and write to it. What you type into it is sent to a provider of AI language services to produce the answer. This site does not store it. The conversation is kept in your browser only, until you close the tab.

To stop abuse, the number of messages coming from a connection is counted for up to a day. The address itself is not stored for this.

Do not type personal data, card details or passwords into it. It never needs them and it cannot look up an order. For anything about your own order, write to support@slemvip.com.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to support@slemvip.com from the address you paid with and you will get an answer within 30 days.

Some data cannot be deleted on request while a legal retention period runs — accounting records in particular. In that case we restrict it instead and delete it when the period ends.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, normally the one where you live.

Age

This shop is for adults. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has bought here, write to us and we will delete the account data and refund the payment.

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes affecting existing customers are announced in the Discord.
