Refunds & withdrawal

Short version, for VIP: until your VIP access code has been issued you can get everything back. The 14-day right of withdrawal itself ends earlier, when delivery begins (your VIP role is added), because you asked for immediate delivery before paying; the refund until the code is issued is our own promise on top of that. Real problems are still fixed, see below.

Who handles it

We do. You bought from SLEM; the payment provider only took the payment. Write to us and we send the money back the way it came in, to the payment method you used.

The 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once delivery has begun, provided you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right by doing so. You confirm exactly that on this site before you go to checkout. Delivery begins when the VIP role is added to your Discord account.

When you still get your money back

• Your VIP access code has not been issued. You paid but the code has not been issued to you yet: tell us and it is refunded in full.
• We cannot deliver. If something on our side stops you from receiving VIP access and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, it is refunded in full.
• The content is defective. Your statutory rights for defective digital content apply. Tell us what happens, we try to fix it, and if it cannot be fixed you get your money back.
• You were charged twice. Refunded straight away.

When you do not

• After your VIP access code has been issued, because you asked for immediate delivery.
• If VIP access is ended because VIP content or your code was shared, resold or published, see Acceptable use.
• Because the result was not what you hoped for. No results of any kind are promised, precisely so that nobody buys on a promise.

SLEM CV time and Lifetime

What is written above about the VIP access code is for VIP. SLEM CV time has no code, and VIP Plus comes with a VIP access code, one per purchase, like VIP, but the refund until the code is issued is not about SLEM CV time or Lifetime. For them delivery begins when the time, or VIP Plus, is added to your Discord account, normally within a minute of paying. The right of withdrawal ends at that moment, because you asked for immediate delivery at checkout.

• We cannot deliver, the content is defective or you were charged twice: as above.
• Anything else about a SLEM CV or Lifetime payment: write to us or open a ticket. A person looks at it.

How to ask

• Email support@slemvip.com from the address you paid with. Say which email you paid with; the payment reference from your receipt email helps but is not required.
• Or open a ticket in the Discord.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We start the refund through the payment provider; how long it then takes to appear on your account, bank or card is up to the provider and your bank, typically 3 to 10 business days.

Before you start a chargeback

Please write to us first. A chargeback on a $32 digital purchase costs everyone more than the purchase and takes weeks. Every real problem so far was solved the same day by email or a Discord ticket.
